Psalms 6, 8-10, 14, 16, 19, 21 – April 22, 2021

Chapters 9 and 10 are created to be an acrostic, where the initial letters of successive verses follow the order of the Hebrew alphabet, perhaps to aid in the memorization process.

Chapter 16 stood out to me as a particularly beneficial chapter. It gives us a hint of the resurrection of Jesus in verse 10 … “Nor will You allow Your Holy One to undergo decay.” This verse is also quoted in Acts 2:27 when Paul was trying to convince the men of Israel of Who Jesus was.

James 1:5 But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all generously and without reproach, and it will be given to him.

Galatians 5:22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,…
